General Service Policy
All of our repairs come with a one-year warranty on the work performed. Repair times generaly range from 2-4 weeks, although the time it takes to do the repairs is different depending upon the type of repair. For example, battery replacements typically have a 1 day turn around whereas crystal replacements can take 3 to 10 days. Complete overhauls typically take 10 to 21 days.
Repair Estimate Policy
There is no obligation to receive a Free Watch Repair Estimate. We do our best to accurately estimate the repair work based upon the information submitted. In most cases our estimates are accurate. If it is found that there are further repairs needed once we receive your watch, we will notify you first and await your response prior to continuing. If at that time, you choose not to have the watch fixed, your only obligation is the original postage. We always offer return shipping free of charge.
Payment is due with the receipt of your watch. We accept checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We request that you include one of these items with your printed email or by calling us at (216) 291-4800. We will not cash your check nor process your card until the repairs have been completed.
Please carefully package and mail your watch with a signed return receipt. This way, you get back, in writing, that we received your watch. Once it is here, we are fully insured to cover the loss or damage to any watch. Please include the value of the watch so we can insure it back to you properly. If the value is not included, we will insure it for the amount we feel appropriate. Our shipping address is;
