Formed in 1913 by Simon Pollak, the company is presently owned and operated by his grandson Jim.  Jim started in the business in 1962.  Working with his father, the company did work for over 200 retail jewelers repairing tens of thousands of watches.

Upon moving to a ground-floor location, the company slowly changed to a retail operation.  With the growth of the internet, we now service individual customers throughout the United States.
