Fixwatch.com is the website for Pollak Watch Service, Inc.  Established in 1913, we are a third generation business offering high quality watch repair.

Our services range from minor repairs such as battery changing, crystal fitting and band sizing to complete overhauling of most watches.  We also repair clocks and pocket watches.

All of our repairs come with a one-year warranty on the work performed.  The time it takes to do the repairs is different depending upon the type of repair.  For example, battery replacements typically have a 1 day turn around whereas crystal replacements can take 3 to 10 days.  Complete overhauls typically take 10 to 21 days.

We offer genuine spare parts for most major brands.
